Join us this summer for a special edition of Yoga Summer Journeys. Flowers start to bloom, we can hear birds sing and warmer temperatures are upon us. After a winter of hibernation, lack of oxygen and movement it’s time to move outdoors to get some fresh air into our lungs and awaken the energetic body.
The Summer Journeys are a series of outdoor Flow classes created to energise, stretch our bodies whilst having a fun and stimulating workout. Classes are suitable for all levels, ages, shapes, and moods. I will modify postures and give options so we all get the right challenge.
We begin class with a short meditation or pranayama breathing exercise to reconnect to our breath and nature and to bring us into our space. We then continue to build our practice through selected postures in a Flow class where we will work on balance, strength, focus and flexibility. We end class with a deep relaxation where you can wind out after all your hard work. Classes are practiced with a selected playlist that I’ve put together to find that energetic warrior in you.
After class we will have some refreshing fruits and tea in the beautiful garden. It’s a drop-in class so no need to reserve beforehand. Just come along, bring your friends, second half, children, parents or just yourself.
