Private sessions are customized to fit you and your needs and the most effective way to get the benefits of yoga. Postures and breathing exercises are selected to fit your own pace and within your own range. The practice is made to fit your body and life experience.
Working one-to-one, we look in detail where you would like to go with your practice. Perhaps you want to learn relaxing poses and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life. Maybe you want to get hands-on practice and guidance to get into more challenging postures. Or maybe you feel more happy to practice in a more intimate environment than in a bigger group.

As a new student, you may be intimidated by the public classroom environment. Private sessions allow me the opportunity to focus only on you and make sure you are kicking off with an appropriate start. We will go through the basics and I'll make sure you have a correct alignment so you can continue to progress safely in your yoga journey.
If you are more experienced in yoga, I can help you working on more advanced postures. You will be able to have a deeper insight into specific postures or categories of postures that interest you or that you find challenging. It's the perfect learning environment where I can help you with posture alignment, modifications and can help you develop a balanced home practice. If you are interested we can also learn about yoga philosophy, meditation, and breathing practices.
